Pre-Order Note (through July 1, 2026): Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before July 1, 2026. After that date, books move into production and can't be refunded. See full pre-order details on the product page.

Return & Refund Policy

Physical books (hardcover & paperback): Each book is printed to order especially for you, so we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. If your book arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll send a free replacement — no need to return the original. Just email us at info@theshungitemedium.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery.

Ebook: Because it's delivered instantly, all digital sales are final. If you have any trouble downloading or opening your file, email us and we'll make it right.

Wrong item: If you received the wrong product, contact us within 30 days and we'll fix it at no cost to you.
